Holden Manz Wine Estate, known as Franschhoek's hidden gem, is located inthe southernmost corner of the stunningly beautiful Franschhoek Valley. The 22 hectare Estate, motto tread lightly, is owned by the Anglo-German Holden-Manz family since 2010. 75kW of solar panels provide electricity anda 40,000 litre roof water collection system supplements the undergroundwater supply.
Lemony gold; bright, sparky nose; nuances of lime, pink grapefruit, yellowpeaches, toasted almonds. Elegant flavours of citrus, summer melon, knitwith complex acidity provide a long, smooth fnish. Medium to full bodied with a creamy mouth feel. Pair with barbequed giant tger prawns smothered in garlic and lime buter and a char-grilled fennel salad.
