Bottle notes
Created from small quantities of the intense pinot noir on the Winery Bank Vineyard, together with perfectly ripe chardonnay from the Meadow Woods Vineyard, this artisanal wine showcases a luxuriant and rich rosé from an outstanding pinot noir vintage. Early flowering and a warm, lengthy season produced the perfectly ripened pinot to create a delicate and vibrant rosé. Grapes with over 100 days on the vine were gently bunch pressed, base wines created without a malolactic fermentation and softened in traditional oak casks, then aged for 18 months on lees to yield a beautiful array of floral aromas and summer fruit flavours from this exceptional English chalk valley vineyard.

Rich and sumptuous to pair easily with food and bring luxuriant fruit flavours to the fore in all manner of deserts. Perfect for Christmas by the fire or an early evening aperitif with friends.
Tasting Notes
A luxuriant array of ripe fraises de bois, raspberries and hibiscus from the warm and generous 2018 vintage. Pristine red fruit notes fill the palate and stay with you long after the glass is finished.
