37% Merlot, 29% Malbec, 23% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Syrah. These vines for this wine are situated on the southerly slopes, with parcels exposed to the cool sea breezes ensuring slow and extended grape ripening. The sandstone soils induce low to moderate vigour which results in low yields but flavour concentration.
Dark fruited delight showing aromas of violets and exotic spices, all on a bed of fine tannins. Finishing with a fresh but lingering aftertaste. Svelte and sophisticated. Ideal for all meat dishes.
