Mourvedre grapes were machine-harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The ferments were pumped over twice a day. Post alcoholic fermentation, it was pressed to tank before racking off to barrel for malolactic fermentation and maturation blending together and fined, filtered and bottled.
Details
Colour: Dark red.
Nose: Blueberries and liquorice.
Palate: A generous palate featuring flavours of blackberry, coffee and cigar flavours, balanced with soft velvety tannins.
