Ghislain Kohut has been making wine at this 10 hectare domaine since 1989 but since his father retired three years ago he has assumed sole responsibility. The wines normally age for 24 months, sometimes 12 in oak then 12 in cuve, sometimes the other way round. Ghislain is a remarkably passionate winemaker and his wines are serious.
