Langham Estate Roséis a dry sparkling pink wine from Dorset, England. It's a
blend of Pinot Noir & Meunier with 11.5% abv. Suitable for Vegans.
IEWA Gold, 2019; WineGB Gold, 2019.Based on the 2015 vintage, all of the fruit
for this rosé English sparkling wine is harvested from the Langham family's
Crawthorne vineyard in Dorset. Made with 52% Pinot Noir and 48% Meunier, the
wine is partially barrel fermented before lees-ageing for 30 months. Leading
with a nose of roasted strawberries and buttery puff pastry, the palate is more
savoury with notes of fresh cranberries and a vibrant fine mousse.
Pairs beautifully with: Butter garlic mushrooms on toast, pulses with leafy
salad and citrus dressing, fish in cream sauce, sushi, chicken stir fries, or
try with game meats like pigeon or grouse.
Cheese pairing:Mature goat's cheese like Tomme de Chevre.
