Lebrun Pouilly-Fume
Classic and classy Loire Sauvignon Blanc. Vines of average 25 years old, controlled yields and a mixture of predominantly (70%) flint soils. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel with 6 months aging on the lees. Mineral laden and with the tell-tale discreet style of Pouilly wines, clay soils bring a soft and supple element to the smoky and rounded spices that trip above the fleshy white and tropical fruits.
