This wine really is "The Dog's". A cracking red from the North Catalan region (as we like to call it), but more usually described as Roussillon, deep in southern France. This distinctively French white wine is crafted from Roussanne and Grenache Blanc both of which are native to the region.

Les Chiens, Catalans Blanc wine is lightly floral on the nose with a hint of minerality and pastry. Honeysuckle, peaches and herbs shine through from the Rousanne supported by lovely texture, depth and weight from the Grenache Blanc. A salivating mouth, which is slightly saline and with juicy pear notes.  This wine stands up well to rich paté, creamy sauces and white meats.
