Beauvallon 100% Merlot combines the typical characteristics of a globally recognized grape variety with modern winemaking techniques. The result is attractive, colourful, fragrant, full, and rich. Very easy to drink and can be recommended with a wide range of cuisines. A deep colour with pleasant aromas of red and black fruits such as strawberry and cherry. Light and elegant on the palate, with soft tannins and the same fruity aromas as on the nose. 

An elegant, flavourful finish makes this wine multifunctional: to be opened on any occasion. Food pairing: salted pork, country salads, poultry, steak tartare, stuffed vegetables, roasted and grilled meats, pork chops, veal and lamb, beef rib steak, meat with sauce, soft cheese.
