Tasting notes
The wine is aged in vats to preserve the freshness of the
aromas, and part of it is matured in barrels to bring out its aromatic
complexity. The result is a charming, highly accessible Pinot Noir, with
southern accents and notes of cherry, strawberry and sweet spices.

pâté en croûte, veal blanquette, cow’s milk cheeses such as Camembert, Tomme or
