Here is the latest wine from Lionel Osmin's range: an oceanic, tonic and intense white! We present to you Villa Plage Blanche, a fruity dry white wine IGP Côtes de Gascogne from the Lionel Osmin estate. The blend of the 3 grape varieties gives this cuvée an elegant, fresh and fruity profile that allows it to be enjoyed with all seafood cuisine, summer and winter!

The Villa Plage Blanche Lionel Osmin has a beautiful shiny light-yellow colour. This cuvée displays an expressive and fruity nose with notes of exotic fruits (lychee) and citrus fruits (lemon, pink grapefruit…).

It is a deep and complex white wine, crisp and rich. Its distinctive style can be combined with many international dishes. It is airy and lively on the palate with the same fruity aromas felt on the nose.

This Villa Plage Blanche white wine perfectly expresses the freshness of the sea and echoes the large sandy beaches that border the ocean. Each grape variety used for its elaboration allows to bring a different impression.

The plots selected for this blend are all under oceanic influence. For fermentation, the grape varieties are separated in vats, where temperature control is essential to obtain this aromatic intensity. The assembly of the different batches is done at the end of alcoholic fermentation. There is no malolactic fermentation to keep the wine fresh.

Tasting

Villa Plage Blanche Osmin can be tasted very well from today until 2023. The ideal serving temperature for this white is 9°C.

Pairings & Foods

The Lionel Osmin Villa Plage Blanche goes very well with tapas, fish such as fish soup, grilled fish or smoked salmon. You can also combine it with all seafood: shellfish, crustaceans, mussels, oysters, monkfish…. And finally, with a good goat cheese!
