Lyme Bay Shoreline Rose
Lyme Bay Shoreline Rosé
Bottle notes
Shoreline Rosé is an industry first, crafted from English Bacchus and Pinot Noir. The grapes were hand-harvested and chilled on arrival, then gently crushed together in the press to extract the delicate pink colour. Fermented at cool temperatures to enhance aromatic purity and then held on fine lees until being bottled early to retain freshness and youthful character.
At Lyme Bay, we produce the best wines made from the best fruit grown by the best growers in the best locations. We work with a group of outstanding growers with vineyards all over England who plant the right grapes for the climate they are in to get the best ripeness to allow us the best raw materials to craft outstanding wine to delight your palate.
