Here we have a traditionally styled mead, a time-honoured tipple which dates back hundreds if not thousands of years, from Lyme Bay Winery in Devon. It’s made in small batches with honey and bottled at 11% ABV. A fab pairing with cheeses.
Tasting Note
Full of sweet dessert wine flavours, with a refreshing dryness and full of warming, rich honey, with a hint of honeycomb on the finish.
