Gaëlle and Jérôme Meunier are based in the village of Barizey, 5 miles from Mercurey. This husband and wife team started up in 2005, both coming from wine backgrounds, and have established themselves as producers of real terrior driven wines, allowing oak to take a supporting role.
Clear intense lemon-green colour. Aromatically, this is a clean and very perfumed Puligny-Montrachet with citrus, green apple and white floral notes. Dry with medium levels of acidity and a medium weight. Mineral flavours linger on the palate and underline the fleshy fruits and lemon notes.
