Nouvelle Vague Organic Rose
Bottle Notes
By creating their Maison de Négoce in the early 2000s, Gregory Hecht and François Bannier want to breathe new life into the old wine region. Influenced by their experiences gained in other regions and countries, they wish to create wines full of fruit, produced from organically grown grapes, bottled without fining, just lightly filtered.
Very quickly, critics applauded the blends of the "new wave of wine". The two partners were soon called the “Wine Beach Boys”. As a nod to this nickname of old surfers, Hecht & Bannier have imagined the wines of the Nouvelle Vague range.
Nouvelle Vague rosé is of course from certified organic farming. The selection is made on fresh terroirs where the potential degree of the grapes is not too high. Low temperature vinification preserves maximum freshness and liveliness.
The only way to appreciate it is at the beach, in the setting sun, with your feet in the sand after a long session with your best friends
Tasting Notes
With a pretty pale pink colour, Nouvelle Vague evokes aromas of fresh fruit on the nose, followed by floral nuances. Crunchy, lively and tangy, Nouvelle Vague is a bottle of everyday pleasure.
