Spicy white stone fruit and plenty of joy in this delightful blend of old bush vine Chenin and young vibrant Viognier. Vibrant and aromatic with delicious generous fresh apricot, white peach and hints of passion fruit on the nose. A creamy palate with real fresh fruit flavours, fleshy just picked apricots as well as some white pepper notes. Bright acidity and minerality delivers a delicious balance.
Excellent with grilled prawns with plenty of garlic and chilli, whole lemon sole fried in butter and also delicate freshwater fish dishes.
