DOMAINE PHILIPPE ET VINCENT JABOULET VIOGNIER

Father and son team Philippe and Vincent Jaboulet started their domaine in 2006 after the sale of the long standing family business Paul Jaboulet Aîné. Philippe kept 15 hectares of family vines alongside the purchase of 15 more hectares to create the new domaine which produces Ermitage, Crozes-Hermitages and Cornas. The Jaboulet Viognier is aromatic with notes of white flowers, peach, apricot and pineapple.

The Estate

After having worked for 30 years on the family estate, Philippe Jaboulet (5thgeneration) and his son Vincent have decided to reconnect with the family’screative spirit in the creation of Domaine Philippe et Vincent Jaboulet.


The Domaine produces Collines Rodaniennes, Crozes Hermitage, Ermitage etCornas and is certified as having High Environmental Value.

 

Tasting Note and Food Pairing


Floral notes with good complexity and depth. Drink after 2 to 3 years as an aperitif or with fish or shell fish.
