After having worked for 30 years on the family estate, Philippe Jaboulet (5th generation) and his son Vincent have decided to reconnect with the family’s creative spirit in the creation of Domaine Philippe et Vincent Jaboulet. The Domaine produces Collines Rodaniennes, Crozes Hermitage, Ermitage & Cornas and is certified as having high environmental values.
Tasting notes
Complex, powerful, aromas of black fruits, aromas of spices, aromas of mocha. Fine, powerful, fine tannins, long persistence. 100% of the wine is aged in oak barrels (50% new) and further aged in bottles. Very good concentration and structure, this is a wine that ages very well. It has finesse and elegance.
Suggested food and wine pairing: pairs well with meats in sauce and cheeses.
