Grapiflou (White)

Bottle notes

Grapiflou is a hazy, free-spirited, and vibrant white wine made from the resistant Floréal grape variety, designed to combine freshness, naturalness, and sustainable viticulture.

Unfiltered and fermented with indigenous yeasts, it reveals a lovely vivacity, citrus aromas, and a mouthwatering finish, for a committed, joyful, and lively white wine!

Specific characteristics of the grape variety

Floréal is a resistant grape variety, resulting from the natural cross between a European grapevine (Vitis Vinifera) and a wild American grapevine (Vitis Rupestris), naturally immune to powdery mildew and downy mildew. Thanks to this resistance, the vine requires up to 15 times fewer treatments than in organic farming: less water, less energy, and a significantly reduced carbon footprint.

A true choice of sustainable viticulture for a wine with a positive impact!

Winemaking & aging

The grapes are harvested in the cool of the morning and then cold-pressed to preserve their aromatic intensity. Fermented exclusively with indigenous yeasts. Unfiltered: Grapiflou is naturally cloudy, vibrant, and free-spirited. Aged in stainless steel tanks to retain its full pep.
