Povero Batu Barbaresco
"Austere. He was dressed in a rough robe that was considered sacred, his head was bowed and the posture upright during the religious procession. The Batù, lay people belonging to the eponymous confraternity”.
Batù is an ethereal and mysteriously charming Barbaresco, aged in wooden barrels for 24 months. It has a ruby red colour with garnet reflections, its smell fades into an unmistakably ethereal bouquet. The flavour is dry, warm and full.
