Founded by Adriano Ramos Pinto in 1880, Casa Ramos Pinto rapidly became noted for its innovative and enterprising strategies, including the use of distinctive art styles on its bottles. Ramos Pinto Port Wines are prepared in the vinification centre of Quinta do Bom Retiro. Porto Ramos Pinto White Reserva is a delicate wine. Produced from the most prestigious grape varieties from the Demarcated Douro Region, it is the result of a rigorous selection of wines aged in oak casks in the estates cellars for an average of seven years.
The port is amber yellow in colour. The nose is fine, intense and quite complex, blending tropical aromas with crystallized orange, plus hints of balsam and spices. The palate is full-bodied but elegant with a long-lasting finish.
