One of only a handful of single variety, South African Palominos, from certified old 1977 bush vines. The grapes are grown 900m up on the magnificent Piekenierskloof plateau. Made in 100% stainless steel, naturally fermented and kept on it’s fine lees until bottling.
Light and delicate with notes of lemon, almond and minerality. A lip-smacking acidity and crisp finish.
