This is all about what made Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc famous!Grown on a variety of soil types – gravels which provide tropical flavours, clay loams produce citrus notes, and deep silty soils lift the aromatic quality. Fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain the natural fruit characters. A portion of Semillon has been used in the final blend for additional complexity and palate weight.
This Sauvignon Blanc has really pungent, tangy grapefruit aromas with a zingy finish and impeccable balance.
Tasting notes
Ripe tropical fruits and gooseberry with a smooth, easy finish.
Food Pairing
Seafood and Asian cuisine, or drink as an aperitif. Try with a goat’s cheese and sunblush tomato tart!
