This superb Albarino comes from a small 4.5-hectare property set in Val do Salnes in the heart of Rias Baixas. All work is carried out by hand giving a wine with character, concentration, and a true sense of place. This elegant Albarino has the typical minerality one would expect alongside delicate stone fruit and citrus notes. The finish is clean, crisp, and dry with lovely texture courtesy of ageing on fine lees.
