Terre dei Buth Organic Prosecco Spumante Rosé
Terre dei Buth Organic Prosecco Spumante Rosé
Bottle Notes
A blend of Prosecco’s Glera grape and the red Raboso produce this fine organic and vegan pink fizz. Winemaker Paolo Marion wanted to make a wine that was easy to drink, fresh and full of flavour, we think he’s produced something really easy to love.
Capturing the freshness of Glera with the vibrant red berry characteristics of the native Raboso grape, this light rose pink frizzante is a fresh summer fruit salad on the nose, strawberries intermingling with red apple and citrus notes. The palate is crisp and refreshing, a berry-infused lemon meringue, with hints of rosehip and cranberry and a clean, dry finish.
Serve chilled as an aperitif, with light vegetable starters and salads, or even better with a fruit salad dessert.
Producer notes
Terre dei Buth is a family-owned winery that mainly produces Prosecco and Pinot Grigio, and is one of the few 100% organic wineries in the Prosecco DOC region. There's an equal emphasis here on love of the land and love of the product, every stage from sustainable vineyard management to the most modern technology in the winery aimed at preserving the purity of the grape from vine to glass.
As well as vineyards the family grows an array of vegetables all year round, like the grapes all organically grown, and it's that along with the strictly vegan production of the wines that inspires the colourful and distinctly unusual labels, with everything from pink lettuce to aubergine adorning the bottles.
Tasting notes
