Tasting Notes: Beautiful golden colour with amber hues. Sophisticated and very tempting aromas of fig jam, dried flowers, raisins, orange peel, apricot, quince and honey. Very good balance between the sweetness and the acidity, great noble development and lovely long finish with notes of bee wax, honey and acacia
Food Match: It can be a dessert on its own or paired with fruit desserts (especially with pumpkin), also with foie gras starters.
