The Chilean from the Apalta Valley Ventisquero Gray Single Block Garnacha, Cariñena and Mataro. Grapes also known in the Old World as Grenache, Carignan and Mouvedre or Monastrel – is made with the cut of these Mediterranean grapes different from the traditional ones grown in Chile (50% Garnacha, 30% Cariñena and 20% Mataro). As the wine is Single Block, all its grapes come from the same origin, guaranteeing its quality. The label is signed by winemaker Felipe Tosso and has already been ranked among the best young reds from Colchagua in the 2020 Descorchados Guide, with 94 points for the 2019 vintage. Bottle 750 ml.

Gray GCM Garnacha Carinena Mataro is a Chilean icon made by the renowned Ventisquero. Thus, a wine produced from a single Single Block of premium vines. In addition, its name comes from the language of the Mapuche (native Chilean Indians), in honor of one of the largest glaciers in the world. In the same way Gray brand wines are intense, unique, high quality and very typical of Chilean terroires.

Olfactory: Intense and persistent aromas, bringing blackberry, strawberry, raspberry, cassis, as well as light liquorice, vanilla and black pepper.

Gustative: Mouth with fine and smooth tannins, with emphasis on the fruitiness of strawberries, cherries, blackberries and papaya. Therefore, it is young, fresh, fast, balanced and very easy to drink. End with lasting and pleasant aftertaste.

Harmonization: Goes well with lean red meat, pork and lamb, as well as grilled vegetables, pasta with red and black sauces.
