Vinha Paz Reserva
Winemaking:
Hand picking with the selection of the best grapes. Harvested grapes are crushed by trampling in large traditional vats with control of the temperature. The wine is transferred to stone vats, where malolactic fermentation takes place. After this, the wine is racked to American and French barrels of 225 litres. Ageing takes place in American and French Oak barrels of 225 litres for 8 months.

Tasting Notes:
Strong Ruby colour. Red Fruits Complex Velvety seductive depth aftertaste.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.#
