Tasting notes
Citrus and brioche on the nose. Small elegant bubbles. Hints of pear and citrus with toasty notes on the palate. 100% Chenin Blanc.
Like all our sparkling wines this has been produced by the Traditional or "Champagne" method, with a second fermentation in the bottle. This wine has been left with the Lies in the bottle for longer, over 2 years. Hence the more complex flavours and very fine bubbles.
