Voyatzi Winery is a family-owned gem located in Velvento, Western Macedonia. Run by brothers Yannis and Nikos Voyatzi, with Yannis at the winemaking helm, the estate is celebrated for its dedication to quality and sustainability. Their vineyards, perched at 340 meters on the slopes of the Pieria Mountains near Lake Polyfytos, benefit from a unique microclimate with cooling winds and balanced ripening conditions. Ktima Voyatzi Xinomavro is a bold and expressive red from the foothills of Greece’s Pieria Mountains. On the nose, it boasts aromas of ripe red berries, subtle spices, earthy tones, and hints of wild herbs and flowers. On the palate, it’s vibrant, with a harmonious balance of bold flavours, lively acidity, and a smooth finish that lingers with dried berry notes.
