This Torrontés, cultivated in the Salta valleys of Argentina, is a fragrant, crisp and zingy white wine with flavours of lychée, orange peel and gentle spices.

VINEYARDS
The Andes Valleys are the home to wines of elegance and character. Our Valles wines are made with grapes grown in high altitude vineyards along the foothills of the Andes Mountains range.
WINEMAKING
Manual selection of bunches, before being destalked and crushed. They were fermented at 15-18C° (59° - 64° F) with selected yeast. After fermentation the wine was stored on fine lees for 6 months.
